Job Requirements

Experience in marketing event coordination or similar role
Ability to negotiate contracts effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Capability to lead and motivate a team
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Availability to work weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with event management software and tools is a plus

Job Duties

Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
Negotiate contracts with the event vendors
Book an annual calendar of events and shows
Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
Schedule demonstrators to work events
Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
Set appointments for a free in-home consultation at the events and shows
Collect contest entries
Follow up on the contest entries and schedule them for a free in-home consultation
Measure and report results
