Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate tradeshows, field marketing events, customer visits, and internal staff meetings
- implement processes that streamline event planning and execution, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and partners, ensuring reliable support for all event-related needs
- utilize CRM tools, project management platforms, social media, and office software to manage event logistics and communications
- provide event-related support to the sales team, addressing issues promptly and seeking assistance as needed to ensure success
- monitor and manage event contact databases, collaborating with the team for effective post-event follow-up and engagement
- leverage automated solutions to handle event confirmations, promotions, and communications, in partnership with marketing stakeholders
- communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and venues, ensuring clear and consistent messaging
- track event performance, budget management, and process improvements, reporting outcomes and identifying areas for future enhancements
