Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or communications preferred
  • at least 3 years of experience in event planning or tradeshow support
  • skilled with MS Office
  • experience using CRM platforms
  • familiar with social media and email/content platforms
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate tradeshows, field marketing events, customer visits, and internal staff meetings
  • implement processes that streamline event planning and execution, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and partners, ensuring reliable support for all event-related needs
  • utilize CRM tools, project management platforms, social media, and office software to manage event logistics and communications
  • provide event-related support to the sales team, addressing issues promptly and seeking assistance as needed to ensure success
  • monitor and manage event contact databases, collaborating with the team for effective post-event follow-up and engagement
  • leverage automated solutions to handle event confirmations, promotions, and communications, in partnership with marketing stakeholders
  • communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and venues, ensuring clear and consistent messaging
  • track event performance, budget management, and process improvements, reporting outcomes and identifying areas for future enhancements
