Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in event management and corporate communications
- Proven success in managing events and communication initiatives
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical skills to evaluate event and communication impact
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in event management and corporate communications, preferably in technology or B2B environments
- Proven track record in managing successful events and communications programs
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical skills for measuring the effectiveness of events and communication strategies
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and digital events including webinars, industry conferences, and customer summits
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and event marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, speakers, and external stakeholders
- Oversee corporate communications including press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event and communications strategies support business objectives and enhance market visibility
- Measure event effectiveness and communication outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement
