Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience coordinating corporate or professional events - hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project execution skills
- Polished interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presence and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to travel locally and flexibility to work extended hours during events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience coordinating corporate or professional events - hospitality experience required

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and manage in-person and virtual events, including conferences, receptions, and sponsorships
- Coordinate event logistics - scheduling, setup, materials, vendor communication, and day-of execution
- Support technical and live event production (Zoom, GoToWebinar, Cvent, etc.)
- Track registrations, attendance, and event outcomes
- report results and insights
- Ensure all materials and presentations align with firm branding standards
- Collaborate with attorneys, vendors, and staff to deliver exceptional event experiences
