Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience coordinating corporate or professional events - hospitality experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project execution skills
  • Polished interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presence and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to travel locally and flexibility to work extended hours during events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and manage in-person and virtual events, including conferences, receptions, and sponsorships
  • Coordinate event logistics - scheduling, setup, materials, vendor communication, and day-of execution
  • Support technical and live event production (Zoom, GoToWebinar, Cvent, etc.)
  • Track registrations, attendance, and event outcomes
  • report results and insights
  • Ensure all materials and presentations align with firm branding standards
  • Collaborate with attorneys, vendors, and staff to deliver exceptional event experiences
