Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing
  • two plus years in B2B or field marketing
  • hands-on experience in event coordination and sales enablement
  • proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM
  • strong organizational skills
  • clear written and verbal communication
  • self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • ability to manage multiple timelines under executive direction
  • familiarity with healthcare B2B preferred
  • experience supporting speakers and coordinating sessions preferred
  • analytical ability preferred
  • collaborative work style preferred

Job Duties

  • Support the roadmap by maintaining approved calendar of conferences and tradeshows
  • coordinate logistics including booking venues, shipping, A/V, travel and on-site staffing
  • roll out interactive booth tactics such as demos, surveys, and giveaways
  • gather post-event metrics and prepare ROI summaries
  • build and execute product-level lead-gen campaigns including webinars, roundtables and targeted emails
  • produce sales collateral including sell sheets, one-pagers, and case studies
  • configure and monitor multi-touch CRM nurture sequences in HubSpot
  • deliver qualified lead lists and context to Business Development for follow-up
  • collaborate with Brand Manager to ensure brand consistency
  • coordinate with Sales and Product teams to align execution with revenue goals
  • partner with Copywriter and Web Designer to amplify content digitally
  • monitor campaign and event performance metrics
  • recommend improvements and share monthly insights with CMO
  • benchmark against industry standards and propose tests or adjustments
