Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience agency or in-house
  • strong writing and editing skills
  • highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience with social media scheduling platforms preferred
  • experience with CRM systems preferred including Yardi
  • familiarity with senior living or healthcare marketing a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage incoming marketing requests from campus teams
  • coordinate and track collateral needs including brochures, rack cards, signage, and event materials
  • support sales campaigns and follow-up initiatives
  • assist with CRM-related marketing workflows and campaign tracking
  • monitor lead flow and assist with reporting
  • draft and schedule social media content across multiple campus pages
  • assist with website updates and content revisions
  • coordinate email campaigns internally and externally
  • support online reputation monitoring including Google reviews and Indeed
  • assist with digital ad coordination such as Meta, Google, and geofencing
  • coordinate marketing materials for campus events
  • assist with event promotion and follow-up communications
  • track RSVP lists and promotional timelines
  • ensure consistency in messaging across all materials
  • assist with internal communications posts
  • support photography coordination and asset organization
  • maintain marketing calendars and shared project trackers through Trello
