Job Requirements
- College level coursework in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Marketing experience
- Ability to use database, spreadsheet, and desktop publishing systems
- Proficiency in word processing for routine documents
- Experience using office equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
- Willingness to report on-site at the Mission Valley office Monday through Friday and some weekends
Job Qualifications
- Marketing experience
- College level coursework in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Galaxy ticketing system preferred
- Strong record keeping skills
- Ability to compose routine correspondence
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with others in a diverse team environment
Job Duties
- Provide support to the Sales Team with fulfillment
- Maintain specialized databases, scheduling systems, records, and files
- Work with clients in troubleshooting Reseller Box Office and Galaxy Connect issues
- Maintain a variety of contacts to respond to inquiries and requests
- Submit and track design requests as required
- Assist with implementation of sales activities and programs
- Compose routine correspondence
- Arrange meetings and take minutes as required
