Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or communications preferred
  • Experience with luxury hospitality preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in hotel, clerical, or sales roles
  • Proven success in client-service or customer service environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Familiar with Apple products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team and leaders
  • Answer telephones and expedite correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements as needed
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages including brochures, promotional materials, and welcome kits
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments
  • Assist with hospitality reservations and other marketing-related tasks
