Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or communications preferred
- Experience with luxury hospitality preferred
- Two or more years of experience in hotel, clerical, or sales roles
- Proven success in client-service or customer service environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiar with Apple products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team and leaders
- Answer telephones and expedite correspondence
- Make travel arrangements as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email to respond to questions and requests
- Gather materials and assemble information packages including brochures, promotional materials, and welcome kits
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments
- Assist with hospitality reservations and other marketing-related tasks
