Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications
- preferred one or more years experience coordinating marketing efforts in similar roles
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- can do attitude willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- ability to work on-site to send event materials as required

Job Duties
- work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing on marketing implementation strategies and tactics
- manage event planning and coordination
- develop marketing collateral
- create, send, and track email marketing campaigns
- track marketing metrics and lead sources
- perform basic graphic design for collateral, web pages, and presentations
- write copy for public relations, website, and marketing materials
- manage leadership library posting and tracking
- handle social media management, posting, and tracking
- coordinate orders and supplies such as stationary, business cards, and branded materials
- assist in coordinating company publications such as marketing campaigns, articles, whitepapers, and presentations
