Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications
  • preferred one or more years experience coordinating marketing efforts in similar roles
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite
  • can do attitude willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • ability to work on-site to send event materials as required

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications
  • preferred one or more years experience coordinating marketing efforts in similar roles
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite
  • experience or familiarity with financial services or B2B marketing is desired but not required
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • willingness to work on-site as needed

Job Duties

  • work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing on marketing implementation strategies and tactics
  • manage event planning and coordination
  • develop marketing collateral
  • create, send, and track email marketing campaigns
  • track marketing metrics and lead sources
  • perform basic graphic design for collateral, web pages, and presentations
  • write copy for public relations, website, and marketing materials
  • manage leadership library posting and tracking
  • handle social media management, posting, and tracking
  • coordinate orders and supplies such as stationary, business cards, and branded materials
  • assist in coordinating company publications such as marketing campaigns, articles, whitepapers, and presentations
