Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media or marketing office support role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram
  • experience in content sourcing and editing
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist digital and social media categories within marketing department
  • develop and manage swag and collateral for various needs such as artist staff, giveaways, community collaborations
  • partner with marketing management, ticketing, and booking to understand social media needs and provide updates on content processes
  • utilize communication methods tailored to artists, fan bases, and venues
  • maintain accurate marketing content information in collateral tracking system
  • coordinate communication channels for mass information updates including email blasts and social media updates
  • participate in box office, marketing, and booking meetings to track ideas, timelines, budgets, and support marketing content development
  • provide general administrative marketing support
