Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and software
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Revinate and IVY
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team
- Prior hospitality marketing experience preferred

Job Duties
- Schedule social media content across businesses using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X.com
- Capture moments, events, and community stories within Lodge Kohler
- Own "nimble shoot" calendar and execution for fresh social media content
- Grow follower bases on all social media channels
- Design and coordinate creation of promotional signage and posters for events and campaigns
- Organize, design, edit, and distribute printed materials across designated locations
- Create and deploy emails and texts with Revinate & IVY
- Create audience segments, develop email creative, deploy emails, and identify new email strategies
- Modify templated designs and graphics for social media maintaining brand standards
- Respond to and fulfill external requests for resort photography and logos
- Create reports, analyze data and articulate results within Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Revinate and social media platforms
- Invoice processing and monthly expense submittals
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers for weekly projects and tasks
- Perform and complete other tasks assigned by leadership
