Job Requirements

  • must be 19 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED
  • one year of experience in guest service, gaming industry preferred
  • knowledge of marketing programs and ability to learn quickly
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related player system software
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • strong interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and team members
  • ability to secure and maintain NE gaming license
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight

Job Duties

  • practice, support, and maintain the mission, vision, and values of warhorse gaming, LLC
  • execute casino promotions and special events, assisting guests and ensuring smooth event operations
  • ensure all promotional and event areas are properly stocked, decorated, and secured after each event
  • display, distribute, and recover collateral materials for promotions and events
  • coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and timely communication for event execution
  • represent the casino professionally at off-property events and promotions, including travel as required
  • set up, operate, and dismantle promotional equipment such as audio systems, banners, and staging
