Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency as a Program Coordinator I or equivalent roles for entry level
  • Two years of marketing, advertising, public relations, or communications experience for level II
  • Compliance with employee health screening and immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID vaccine
  • Native preference under P.L. 93-638
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four years of administrative support, customer service, communications, social media, advertising, public relations, or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency as a Program Coordinator I (for Marketing Coordinator I applicants)
  • Two years of marketing, advertising, public relations, or communications experience for Marketing Coordinator II
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Marketing Coordinator I or Communications Coordinator I position at Southcentral Foundation for Marketing Coordinator II

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and technical support for the marketing team
  • Support interdepartmental and external communications
  • Prepare data reports related to marketing efforts
  • Order promotional items for marketing campaigns
  • Create marketing campaign content for print materials and online platforms
  • Assist in executing marketing events for the organization and customers
  • Promote the Southcentral Foundation brand and services
