Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration marketing communications or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing event coordination or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital marketing tools such as social media platforms and email marketing software
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility and ability to pivot quickly between various responsibilities and tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and logistics of various marketing events ensuring smooth execution from start to finish including managing schedules and coordinating with vendors
- Monitor and track inbound requests related to events sponsorships and Chamber of Commerce members ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Support the distribution of tickets for sporting events and other company-sponsored activities maintaining accurate records and timely delivery
- Aid in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media email and website including content proofreading scheduling and performance tracking
- Maintain and organize marketing assets ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible including managing digital files brochures and promotional items Conduct an annual review of key marketing materials to ensure content and brand standards are current
