Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Able to obtain and retain a Level II KRGC Gaming License
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or hospitality operations preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and guest service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and adaptable in live, high-energy environments
  • Comfortable with basic technology including tablets, printers, kiosks, and Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Must be physically mobile and able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and grip items
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and high-stress environments
  • Tolerate secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust in indoor/outdoor environments

Job Qualifications

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by promotional/event schedule

Job Duties

  • Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of in-venue promotions, property events, and guest activations across Gilley's
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing collateral, signage, menus, branded materials, and giveaway items
  • Represent the marketing team on the floor during events, welcoming guests, distributing materials, facilitating check-ins, and capturing content
  • Support F&B activations, including menu launches, themed nights, tasting events, and social content capture
  • Assist in executing gaming promotions such as drawings, kiosk events, spin & wins, point multipliers, and club floor engagement
  • Help implement entertainment logistics, including line dancing nights, cover band performances, radio takeovers, and event setup in Gilley's Saloon & Dance Hall or Back 40
  • Coordinate with other departments (Players Club, Hosts, Security, F&B, Facilities) to ensure operational alignment for each campaign or activation
  • Participate in campaign prep by gathering input, confirming details, and reviewing creative for accuracy
  • Assist with tracking and replenishing promotional inventory, signage, uniforms, and guest giveaways
  • Capture event details for recap reports
  • collecting guest feedback, photos, and operational notes
  • Ensure all activities align with Gilley's branding and compliance standards
  • Empower team members to resolve guest concerns effectively and efficiently
  • Other duties as assigned
