Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, events or PR
  • Passion for food and dining
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with event management software and CRM platforms preferred
  • Physical capability to assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Ability to work from OpenTable office 2x per week if located nearby

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required, 2+ years of work experience in digital marketing, events and/or PR, Passion for food/dining, restaurant industry or related experience a plus, Outstanding communication skills, Experience working with cross-functional teams, Comfortable with data, trend analysis, and technology, Detail and results-focused, Proficiency in Google Workspace, Experience with event management software (e.g., Zkipster), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus, Resourceful, adaptable, proactive, collaborative team player, Ability to perform physical tasks associated with event setup and breakdown, Willingness to travel up to 20% for domestic and national events

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive support for planning and executing B2C diners events, Provide comprehensive support for planning and executing B2B restaurants events, Build and maintain guest lookbooks and attendee data, Provide on-site event support including registration and guest services, Assist with vendor research, contracting, coordination, and communication, Manage logistics including shipping, setup, breakdown, and inventory tracking, Oversee vendor invoices, contracts, and payment processing, Develop creative briefs and partner with Brand Studio for execution, Track event expenses and maintain budget records, Create and deliver recap decks for internal and external stakeholders, Track social engagement and event KPIs, Maintain event calendars, timelines, Monday boards, and project plans, Ensure deadlines are met and communicate progress effectively, Provide administrative support for team operations, Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, PR, and Field teams for integrated execution
