Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in digital marketing, events or PR
  • Passion for food/dining
  • ability to multitask
  • excellent communication skills
  • comfort with data and technology
  • attention to detail
  • proficiency in Google Workspace
  • knowledge of event management software, CRM and project management tools is a plus
  • resourceful and adaptable
  • able to perform physical event setup tasks
  • willingness to travel up to 20%

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive support for planning and executing B2C and B2B events
  • Build and maintain guest lookbooks and manage attendee data
  • Provide on-site event support including registration and guest services
  • Assist with vendor research, contracting, coordination, and communication
  • Manage event logistics including shipping, setup, breakdown, and swag inventory
  • Oversee vendor invoices, contracts, and payment processing
  • Develop creative briefs for event communications
  • Partner with Brand Studio on creative execution
  • Track event expenses and maintain budget records
  • Create and deliver recap decks and track event KPIs
  • Maintain event calendars, timelines, and project plans
  • Ensure deadlines are met and communicate progress
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, PR, and field teams
