Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing or mass communication preferred
  • minimum of three years working experience in an office clerical environment
  • effective english and spanish verbal and written communication skills
  • strong computer skills particularly with microsoft office suite
  • detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
  • good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • ability to handle confidential information tactfully
  • punctuality and reliability
  • ability to meet deadlines with accuracy

Job Qualifications

  • effective verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish
  • detail oriented with reports filing and event implementation
  • computer literate with working knowledge of microsoft office including powerpoint excel and copilot

  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • provide high-level administrative support to the corporate marketing coordinator
  • serve as the central point of contact for marketing liaisons across all markets
  • assist with travel coordination related to marketing events
  • create maintain and enter information into databases for future reports
  • prepare reports and emails with updates on new initiatives and campaigns
  • coordinate and direct office services to aid executives
  • answer phone calls and direct calls or take messages
  • prepare responses to routine correspondence
  • open sort and distribute incoming correspondence especially for marketing liaison items
  • coordinate catering and preparations for bank gatherings
  • operate office equipment and arrange for repairs
  • maintain organized records of marketing materials and order requests
  • support scheduling of meetings and marketing events
  • maintain inventory of marketing collateral and track requests
  • prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings
  • provide assistance to complete projects or events
  • display a positive and outgoing demeanor working with officers supervisors executives and customers
  • write notes letters and correspondence as required
