Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing preferably with exposure to campaigns, public relations, digital marketing, analytics, or campaign coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing platforms, and website CMS preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and initiative

Job Duties
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring online and digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and web-based initiatives
- Support search engine optimization (SEO), website content updates, and digital reputation management efforts
- Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help manage the organization’s online presence across multiple platforms ensuring consistent messaging and branding
- Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and patient communications to increase engagement and awareness
- Provide marketing support to area practices by coordinating local promotions, digital updates, and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to support marketing projects and campaigns
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to inform decision-making
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with organizational goals, brand standards, and compliance requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing and business development objectives
