Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
- experience with website content maintenance and WordPress preferred
- ability to work independently and within a team
- attention to detail and deadline driven
- prior experience in marketing or related field advantageous

- knowledge and ability to assist digital marketing strategies
Job Duties
- Plan and execute events such as training classes, branch open houses, sales meetings, and trade shows
- develop marketing campaigns to promote training and events
- manage administrative support and setup for trainings and events including venue searches and contract negotiations
- create event materials like online registration sites, flyers, and invitations
- develop marketing and sales collateral for training events and promotions
- manage internal sales incentives and program communications and tracking
- coordinate internal projects, manufacturer promotions, and rebate programs
- develop digital and traditional marketing assets and branding
- track and maintain inventory of marketing materials
- oversee and report on marketing expenditures and process invoices
- assist with co-op budgeting and marketing program processing
- write internal and external communications for marketing campaigns and events
- provide superior customer service responding to inquiries from internal and external customers
- assist with digital marketing strategy and content creation including social media, digital signage, email, and SMS marketing
- assist with website content maintenance
