Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • at least 2 years of professional experience preferred
  • demonstrated writing skills with critical and analytical thinking
  • formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
  • familiarity with Illustrator and graphic design experience preferred
  • ability to understand and follow complex instructions
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines
  • valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record
  • current U.S. work authorization
  • no H-1B visa lottery or green card sponsorship available

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in an applicable discipline and at least 2 years of professional experience preferred
  • demonstrated writing skills including critical and analytical thinking about document purpose and content improvement
  • formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and typing ability
  • familiarity with Illustrator and some graphic design experience preferred
  • ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions
  • ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workflow
  • ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
  • valid U.S. driver’s license and satisfactory driving record for business travel
  • current and valid U.S. work authorization

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with marketing teams and practitioners in the development of new marketing material or updates to existing material
  • create first draft/template of news announcements for internal and external posting and ensure proper circulation for comment
  • coordinate with practitioners to maintain master resumes, project descriptions, and imagery
  • maintain and manage content libraries including prior proposals, boilerplates, and visuals
  • assist with content for online presence including social media, website, and emails
  • track and distribute events planning information and maintain a key meeting calendar
  • maintain corporate memberships in client organizations
  • prepare proposal/SOQ pursuit memo
  • assist with preparation and assembly of written and visual information for client presentations
  • assist in maintaining scheduling and tracking systems for individual pursuit and proposal elements
  • help to produce SOQs/proposals including editing and graphics formatting
  • handle production and confirm needed resources to ensure on-time delivery of SOQs/proposals
  • gather content from team and consultants and maintain content libraries
  • organize and develop task lists from pre-submittal meeting recordings and notes
  • monitor sources of industry-related market information and distribute potential leads
  • gather research data related to clients, competitors, and markets
  • assist in maintaining systems to extract and categorize information related to clients, consultants, personnel, projects, and mailing lists
  • create MS Teams sites for proposal teams and manage team member access
  • develop proposal and cover letter templates
  • assist with graphics concepts, writing, and proofreading
  • handle edits to marketing content such as press releases and article drafts
  • coordinate the development and submittal of project award entries
  • participate in data gathering for strategic plans, reports, and meetings
  • participate in RFQ/RFP review and strategy sessions and recommend go/no-go decision
  • assist in special corporate events planning
  • participate in marketing associations for professional development
  • perform special projects as required
