Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or a related field
  • Three or more years of marketing experience including social media content creation, graphic design, SEO management, and Google Ads/Analytics
  • Proficiency with social media, email marketing tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented mindset with creative and strategic thinking
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or related field
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing with proven skills in social media content creation, graphic design, SEO management, and Google Ads/Analytics
  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools
  • Strong passion for marketing, storytelling, and design
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee social media and reputation management, serve as the primary point of contact with communities and online reputation websites, manage efforts to increase ratings, respond to reviews, and escalate items as needed
  • Develop online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and property websites, and track their performance
  • Assist Property Management in capturing and nurturing leads, optimizing organic traffic, and improving lead conversion rates
  • Oversee online reputation management key performance indicators and propose targets for improved corporate and community reputation
  • Provide administrative support for marketing events such as company events and groundbreakings
  • Manage Flaherty & Collins Properties corporate social media channels, maintain content calendar, post content, monitor online trends, engage with customers, and coordinate blogs
  • Coordinate project-level social media setup and assist in marketing plans and reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Create, manage, and evaluate Google AdWords, SEO, GEO, and PPC campaigns
  • Assist in managing corporate website content including projects, blog posts, press releases, and personnel updates
  • Manage property website setup and updates, collaborating with property management and IT to meet SEO and preleasing needs
  • Assist with graphic design needs for developed or fee-managed properties
  • Organize and order promotional items
  • Assist with award applications
  • Create and distribute property flyers
  • Report monthly on Internet Listing Service stats and recommend future spending
