Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • at least 2 years experience in marketing
  • experience in coordinating events and conferences including logistics and promotion
  • strong project management and organizational skills
  • proficiency in multitasking and managing competing deadlines
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • reliable transportation to local offices and events
  • ability to handle digital asset management tasks
  • capability to support marketing and event coordination efforts

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study or equivalent experience
  • at least 2 years' marketing experience
  • experience coordinating events, trainings or conferences including logistics and promotion
  • strong project management skills with aptitude for managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • excellent organization skills with proven ability to organize processes and schedule a wide range of activities
  • orientation toward teamwork emphasizing interpersonal savvy and big picture thinking
  • reliable transportation to attend meetings and off-site events at multiple locations
  • preferred experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Hubspot or Salesforce

Job Duties

  • assist marketing leads with program-level campaigns including email workflows, website updates, mailer list clean up, material orders and inventory
  • support marketing team reporting by collecting program and campaign metrics and updating dashboards
  • coordinate newsletter creation including building newsletters, maintaining lists, supporting copywriting and tracking metrics
  • support program and initiative site visits for project photos, interviews, tours
  • organize and maintain folder structures and digital asset libraries including photos, graphics and templates
  • provide administrative and organizational support to the marketing team as needed
  • work with senior leadership to build out annual event and conference plan aligned with engagement and brand goals
  • manage corporate event and conference calendar
  • coordinate external conference logistics including abstracts submission, registration, materials, booth needs and invoicing
  • serve as primary point of contact for event organizers, partners and vendors
  • coordinate program-based events including logistics, invoicing, tabling needs and promotions
  • track memberships, vendor lists and payments
  • track and evaluate event outcomes including participation metrics and post-event engagement
  • source, maintain and inventory marketing team’s event and promotional materials
