- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage physical inventory and coordinate video production support
Job Qualifications

- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is preferred
- Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written communication and proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable managing physical inventory and assisting with basic video production tasks
Job Duties
- Collaborate with engineering to create and update product documentation and installation manuals
- Track product development timelines and ensure the marketing calendar reflects key milestones
- Assist in preparing for product launches by coordinating internal content readiness
- Upload and maintain technical documents, product brochures, and engineering letters on the website
- Ensure product pages are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate SEO updates in collaboration with digital marketing tools and analytics
- Draft blog posts covering industry trends, product updates, or company news
- Support the development of email newsletters and customer-facing communications
- Contribute to social media scheduling, copywriting, and content development
- Manage marketing inventory and supplies at the Lehi office
- Maintain a clean, organized marketing area to support team efficiency
- Assist with studio setup, filming, and live streaming for marketing videos and events
