Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or related field
  • at least 3 years experience in marketing, specifically in social media content creation and managing SEO and Google Ads
  • proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms
  • strong communication and writing skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • detail-oriented and proactive
  • experience working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or related field
  • minimum 3 years experience in marketing position with proven skills in social media content creation, graphic design, SEO management, Google Ads, and Analytics
  • experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools
  • proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • strong passion for marketing, storytelling, and design
  • excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • detail-oriented with big picture thinking

Job Duties

  • Oversee social media and reputation management, serving as primary contact with communities and online reputation websites
  • develop online advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and property websites and track performance
  • assist Property Management in capturing and nurturing leads through various channels, optimizing organic traffic and lead conversion rates
  • oversee online reputation management key performance indicators and propose targets for improved corporate and community reputation
  • provide administrative support to marketing team including event coordination and execution
  • maintain Flaherty & Collins Properties corporate social media, manage content calendar, posting, monitoring trends and engaging customers
  • coordinate project-level social media setup and assist with marketing plans for social media campaigns
  • create, manage, and evaluate Google AdWords, SEO, GEO, and PPC campaigns
  • assist in managing corporate website with updates, new projects, blog posts, press releases, and personnel
  • oversee property website setups and updates ensuring SEO best practices
  • assist with graphic design needs for properties
  • order and organize promotional items
  • assist with award applications
  • create and distribute property flyers
  • report monthly on Internet Listing Service stats and make spending recommendations
