Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • two years' experience in marketing or public relations preferred
  • must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
  • must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
  • requires good communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently
  • ability to establish and master goals
  • ability to identify and assist in the development of accounts
  • ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision
  • must possess basic computational ability
  • must possess computer skills including accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel and Delphi
  • math skills and budgetary analysis capabilities required

Job Duties

  • Perform administrative duties such as website updates, media reservations and itineraries, collateral creation and organization, and upkeep of filing systems
  • support with daily management of social media channels
  • reputation management across a variety of platforms
  • assist Director of Marketing & Public Relations and Marketing Manager in scheduling appointments, meetings and other departmental tasks
  • assist with monthly reporting and auditing of brand image
  • work closely with operational departments, PR agencies and local partners to stay informed of relevant news and updates to maximize opportunities for exposure
  • order and maintain office supplies and filing system
  • perform additional tasks as required
