Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience
  • Proven experience with social media content creation
  • Experience with graphic design tools
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Google Ads management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing with expertise in social media content creation, graphic design, SEO management, Google Ads, and analytics
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Passion for marketing, storytelling, and design
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain an overview of projects

Job Duties

  • Oversee social media and reputation management as the primary contact with communities and online review platforms
  • Develop and track online advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads
  • Assist Property Management in capturing and nurturing leads to optimize traffic and conversion
  • Monitor and propose KPIs for online reputation improvement
  • Provide administrative support for marketing events such as company events and groundbreakings
  • Maintain corporate social media content calendar, engage with audiences, and promote brand presence
  • Coordinate social media setup and marketing plans for projects, reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Manage SEO, Google AdWords, GEO, and PPC campaigns
  • Support corporate website management by updating projects, blogs, press releases, and personnel
  • Oversee property website setup and SEO compliance working with management and IT
  • Assist with graphic design tasks and promotional item organization
  • Support award application processes and create property flyers
  • Report monthly on Internet Listing Service stats and recommend budget adjustments
