Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or related field
- At least 3 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience with social media content creation
- Experience with graphic design tools
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Google Ads management
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing with expertise in social media content creation, graphic design, SEO management, Google Ads, and analytics
- Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for marketing, storytelling, and design
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain an overview of projects
Job Duties
- Oversee social media and reputation management as the primary contact with communities and online review platforms
- Develop and track online advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads
- Assist Property Management in capturing and nurturing leads to optimize traffic and conversion
- Monitor and propose KPIs for online reputation improvement
- Provide administrative support for marketing events such as company events and groundbreakings
- Maintain corporate social media content calendar, engage with audiences, and promote brand presence
- Coordinate social media setup and marketing plans for projects, reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Manage SEO, Google AdWords, GEO, and PPC campaigns
- Support corporate website management by updating projects, blogs, press releases, and personnel
- Oversee property website setup and SEO compliance working with management and IT
- Assist with graphic design tasks and promotional item organization
- Support award application processes and create property flyers
- Report monthly on Internet Listing Service stats and recommend budget adjustments
