Job Requirements

  • College degree in communication, marketing or business preferred
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in sales, marketing, public relations and/or business environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator
  • Prior experience with marketing research and analyzing marketing statistics preferred
  • Real estate sales background and/or completion of Hawaii Real Estate licensing course helpful

Job Duties

  • Design and produce postcards, fliers and eblasts for clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding their orders
  • Place orders to corresponding printer
  • Provide estimated costs
  • Bill clients accordingly and enter information for department records
  • Design and produce, take proactive approach to update marketing/promotional material
  • Write copy of varying degrees, from short staff biographies to content for flyers
  • Update and maintain events calendar
  • Stay informed of industry, company and department changes, ensuring accurate and timely marketing pieces
  • Actively participate and offer ideas for company initiatives and staff promotions, including theme, design, logistics and packaging
  • Attend and participate in scheduled department meetings and keep team members abreast of marketing updates or developments in their segment group
  • Create ads and ensure that ads follow vendor and TG corporate specifications
  • Work individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player
  • Possesses the ability to handle difficult or demanding internal and external clients
