Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience ideally in hospitality, luxury brands, or lifestyle industries
  • strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools a plus
  • experience with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
  • highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • passion for hospitality, storytelling, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • partner with the sales team to create collateral, presentations, and proposals
  • support the promotion of weddings, group events, and special offers
  • assist in tracking ROI on campaigns and provide reporting on marketing performance
  • coordinate influencer stays, media visits, and partnerships with local businesses
  • support the DOSM in managing relationships with PR agencies and marketing vendors
  • assist with press release distribution and tracking media coverage
  • manage marketing timelines, deadlines, and budgets under the guidance of the DOSM
  • support coordination of photoshoots and creative production
  • maintain marketing files, reports, and vendor contracts
  • assist in the creation and distribution of content for digital, social, and print platforms
  • ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the Alila and Hyatt brand standards
  • maintain an updated library of photography, videography, and creative assets
  • support the execution of social media content calendars and community engagement
  • monitor online presence and reputation across key platforms
  • assist in managing email campaigns, website updates, and SEO initiatives
