Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in A/E industry marketing
- Strong understanding of proposal development processes for public agencies
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Acrobat Word PowerPoint Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing business communications journalism or a related field or equivalent industry experience
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead proposal development from start to finish ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
- Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings schedules and deadlines to keep projects on track
- Manage all phases of procurement including LOIs technical responses presentations and pricing
- Develop and maintain resumes project sheets and marketing materials tailored to client needs
- Edit and refine documents for clarity grammar style and content
- Support client interviews and presentations including preparation and rehearsal
- Assist with day-to-day marketing department operations
- Attend pre-proposal meetings debrief sessions and industry conferences as needed
