Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Coordinate logistics for Arkansas Tourism's presence at industry trade shows and events, including booth setup, shipping, staffing coordination, and on-site execution
  • Manage fulfillment of promotional materials, merchandise orders, and collateral requests across departments and partners
  • Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables for special projects and executive initiatives, providing regular updates to the Tourism Director
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Tourism Office, including scheduling, document preparation, and project tracking
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and recap documents following events or campaigns
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across event materials and tourism merchandise
  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies for state initiatives
