The Marketing Coordinator role at Compass is a critical position within the Marketing Team, tasked with driving the execution and success of marketing initiatives for agents. This position is based 100% in the Greenville, Delaware office, and offers a base pay range of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, with the potential for bonuses and stock units in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of agent marketing from initial concept development through implementation and performance tracking.

The responsibilities of this role involve collaborating closely with the in-house marketing, agent experience, and creative teams to maintain consistency between the Compass brand and the varied marketing and advertising outputs generated for agents. The Marketing Coordinator acts as an accountability partner for agents, helping them streamline their marketing efforts so they are less time-consuming and more impactful. They create and manage communication and process systems that increase team efficiency, coordinate custom design projects with the creative team, and monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness and inform future strategies.

A significant part of the role includes developing tailored marketing plans that maximize the effectiveness of agents’ budgets across multiple activation channels, including print, digital advertising, social media platforms such as Instagram, video and photography, and direct mail. Additionally, the coordinator supports agents in adopting Compass’s proprietary technology platforms and product tools through internal marketing campaigns, communications, and training initiatives.

This role also involves the research and design of regional social media content and regular email communications that help agents promote their services and local market highlights effectively. Candidates for this role should ideally have 1-3 years of marketing experience, be skilled communicators capable of building and managing relationships, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience working in real estate marketing or with luxury brands and familiarity with client or account service environments is highly advantageous.

The ideal Marketing Coordinator is a self-motivated, adept project manager with excellent time management and prioritization skills. They thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in office productivity tools, including Apple, Google, and Microsoft suites, is expected. Job Duties

  • create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes
  • provide outstanding client service to make agent marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective as their 'accountability partner'
  • work with Compass's design team to coordinate the delivery of custom design projects and all associated materials
  • monitor the ongoing efforts of the agents' marketing initiatives and analyze the actual results from projects to determine their effectiveness - helping inform future marketing activities for that agent/agent team
  • develop marketing plans that allow agents to maximize the effectiveness of their budgets against tactics that will provide the greatest return for their business
  • work with the agents to drive the adoption and usage of Compass's platform and product tools through internal marketing, communications, and trainings
  • research and design within our tech platform regional social media assets and weekly + monthly emails for our agents to utilize and promote (examples: highlighting local happenings and market reports)
