Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of four years of related professional experience
  • Ability to write and edit content quickly and accurately
  • Experience in architecture, engineering or construction industry
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, Canva and digital content management systems
  • Effective collaboration skills with executives and team members
  • Positive attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Team player

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of four years of related professional experience
  • Ability to write and edit content quickly and accurately for diverse media including social media, proposals and technical publications
  • Experience in architecture, engineering and construction industry
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Microsoft Suite, Canva
  • Comfortable collaborating with C-suite executives
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team player

Job Duties

  • Write blog posts, news releases, case studies and award submissions that highlight our work and team members
  • Own our social media presence by creating engaging posts, responding to messages and leading campaigns
  • Pitch stories and manage news releases to keep Fehr Graham in the spotlight
  • Collaborate with writers and authors to optimize blog posts, source visuals and provide leadership updates
  • Keep marketing work moving by coordinating tasks, setting deadlines and following up to ensure delivery
  • Help develop and produce statements of qualifications and other competitive proposals to win work
