Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in homebuilding or real estate
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to copywrite, edit and proofread materials for grammar and content
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), eblast systems, photo editing, website management
- Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus
- Highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Strong team player with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to attend some evening and weekend events as needed
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary marketing resource for the Division Marketing Lead and as the secondary marketing contact for the division
- Support the Division Marketing Lead in planning the annual, quarterly and monthly marketing efforts including incentive promotions, community marketing and agent outreach
- Coordinate the development and execution of all marketing collateral and campaign materials (print and digital) ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Assist with content planning and posting on division social media channels
- Perform ongoing website audits and ensure content is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives such as creating and distributing eblasts and flyers, submitting digital media request forms
- Assist in the planning and execution of all consumer and agent events
- Participate in planning and execution of sales team meetings and division office events
- Assist in the new community opening process including planning, execution, and follow-up
- Support divisional, regional and national marketing initiatives including special projects as requested
- Assist the Division Marketing Lead in tracking expenses for project marketing, model furniture and monthly advertising budgets
- Responsible for departmental administrative tasks including vendor set-up, invoice coding/processing/tracking and expense report preparation
