Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Identify and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior-living communities, and social-service agencies
  • Design and manage print, email, and social media marketing campaigns
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates and ROI
  • Compile and present weekly KPIs including leads, conversions, and competitor activities
  • Deliver presentations on specialty programs like memory care, fall-prevention, and respite services
  • Conduct market research and recommend strategies to stay ahead of competitors
