Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience
- Two years of experience in marketing, banking, financial sales, or related field
- Strong analytical planning and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to use judgment and discretion and make decisions when required
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines
- PC skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer
- Manage and track the Marketing Division's budget
- Oversee purchase orders and invoice processing ensuring financial accuracy
- Coordinate staff support activities and ensure smooth workflow across teams
- Collaborate with the advertising team on proofing and trafficking community ads
- Support the events team on select internal and external events
- Function as the office manager for the Marketing Communications Division
