Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of experience in marketing, banking, financial sales, or related field
  • Strong analytical planning and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to use judgment and discretion and make decisions when required
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines
  • PC skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer
  • Manage and track the Marketing Division's budget
  • Oversee purchase orders and invoice processing ensuring financial accuracy
  • Coordinate staff support activities and ensure smooth workflow across teams
  • Collaborate with the advertising team on proofing and trafficking community ads
  • Support the events team on select internal and external events
  • Function as the office manager for the Marketing Communications Division
