Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain 1055 Slot/Cardroom/Pari-Mutuel Individual Combo License
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must maintain confidentiality in all duties
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Four year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and convey information clearly
  • Skill in monitoring and assessing performance for improvements

Job Duties

  • Provide superior guest service and interact positively with guests and employees
  • Deploy promotions and interact with guests including live announcements and assisting with prize forms
  • Organize and plan event descriptions, timelines, and planning documents
  • Disseminate information about customer events to all involved departments
  • Setup systems and controls necessary for customer events including CMS and event guidelines
  • Communicate and document all costs on analytical worksheets
  • Enter purchase requisitions for supplies and décor items necessary for promotions
