Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain 1055 Slot/Cardroom/Pari-Mutuel Individual Combo License
- Able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain confidentiality in all duties
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Four year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Knowledge of marketing strategy, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively and convey information clearly
- Skill in monitoring and assessing performance for improvements
Job Duties
- Provide superior guest service and interact positively with guests and employees
- Deploy promotions and interact with guests including live announcements and assisting with prize forms
- Organize and plan event descriptions, timelines, and planning documents
- Disseminate information about customer events to all involved departments
- Setup systems and controls necessary for customer events including CMS and event guidelines
- Communicate and document all costs on analytical worksheets
- Enter purchase requisitions for supplies and décor items necessary for promotions
