Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred
- 1-3 years previous work experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions preferred
- previous casino experience preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and time management skills
- detail oriented
- able to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License
Job Duties
- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
- coordinate and provide support for marketing initiatives
- coordinate purchases, deliveries, and all activities for successful marketing execution
- support marketing needs including website maintenance, content writing, email marketing, digital and social marketing
- coordinate design of creative materials and copywriting
- coordinate photo and video shoots
- coordinate on property entertainment
- coordinate direct mail programs
- coordinate and lead promotional planning
- execute events, promotions, and tournaments
- assist Player Development and Players Club teams when necessary
- represent the company professionally with guests, vendors, and media
- work with urgency and meet deadlines
- apply knowledge from training, education, and experience
- maintain friendliness and courtesy at all times
- complete assigned work tasks
- proactively prioritize needs and manage resources
- report safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues immediately
- ensure customer service standards are met and retained
- perform other duties as assigned by management
