Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business marketing communications or equivalent work experience
  • two years of experience in marketing banking financial sales or related field
  • must have analytical planning and problem-solving skills
  • must be a self-starter able to use judgment discretion and make decisions
  • must have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines
  • pc skills in word processing spreadsheets and powerpoint required

Job Duties

  • provide high-level administrative support to the chief marketing officer
  • manage day-to-day office operations of the marketing communications division
  • coordinate staff support activities across the marketing division
  • prepare and maintain the division's budget
  • manage purchase orders and invoice processing
  • collaborate with advertising team on community ads proofing and trafficking
  • support the events team on internal and external events as needed
