Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business marketing communications or equivalent work experience
- two years of experience in marketing banking financial sales or related field
- must have analytical planning and problem-solving skills
- must be a self-starter able to use judgment discretion and make decisions
- must have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines
- pc skills in word processing spreadsheets and powerpoint required

Job Duties
- provide high-level administrative support to the chief marketing officer
- manage day-to-day office operations of the marketing communications division
- coordinate staff support activities across the marketing division
- prepare and maintain the division's budget
- manage purchase orders and invoice processing
- collaborate with advertising team on community ads proofing and trafficking
- support the events team on internal and external events as needed
