Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of experience in marketing, banking, financial sales, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment and discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years experience in marketing, banking, financial sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and use judgment and discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer
  • Oversee day-to-day office management and ensure smooth workflow across the Marketing Communications Division
  • Prepare, maintain, and track the division's budget
  • Manage purchase orders and process invoices ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with the advertising team on proofing and trafficking community ads
  • Support the events team on select internal and external events
  • Coordinate staff support activities within the division
