Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent work experience
- Two years of experience in marketing, banking, financial sales, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment and discretion
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer
- Oversee day-to-day office management and ensure smooth workflow across the Marketing Communications Division
- Prepare, maintain, and track the division's budget
- Manage purchase orders and process invoices ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with the advertising team on proofing and trafficking community ads
- Support the events team on select internal and external events
- Coordinate staff support activities within the division
