Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in marketing coordination or event management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- commitment to comply with gaming and resort policies

Job Duties
- manage entertainment records including contracts invoices and purchase requisitions
- coordinate with vendors entertainers and internal departments
- arrange hospitality transportation hotel needs and security credentials for entertainment shows
- collaborate with A/V and IT teams to ensure technical and production standards
- assist in promotional efforts volunteer scheduling and guest support
- ensure compliance with resort and gaming regulations
- support Marketing Graphics Promotions and Players Club initiatives
