Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50% during work week
  • At least 2 years in medical, hospitality, marketing, or public relations preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in training and presenting to groups or individuals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • Offer concierge level service to pre-selected patients including cancer patients, claustrophobic, children, disabled, elderly, nervous
  • Provide exceptional customer service to select physician offices including targeted IPA contracted providers
  • Assist with designated direct site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies
  • Provide special handling, VIP, and support services to Medical Groups/IPA providers and their staff including scheduling, stat requests, medical records, and reports
  • Serve as a marketing concierge including sales field calls to referring physicians
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams at health fairs, forums, and group informational talks
  • Assist with physician portal setup and user assistance
  • Support customer service trainings, follow-ups, and in-house events
  • Provide educational information and assist in campaign rollouts to selected providers and patients
  • Work with Marketing Director to implement monthly/quarterly physician-focused marketing campaigns
