  • strong verbal interpersonal and guest relations skills
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to multi-task
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in English speaking reading and writing

  • previous experience in commission-based sales or marketing advantageous

Job Duties

  • Promote and book vacation ownership presentations and mini-vacation packages to eligible guests
  • provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences and attractions
  • communicate Hilton Grand Vacations ownership opportunities to guests
  • distribute approved promotional materials and maintain a professional company image
  • assist in implementing and tracking marketing programs according to company standards
