Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in product marketing, merchandising or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Requires at least 2 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing
- Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact or return on investment of programs
- Demonstrated proactive and strategic thinking to identify and capture growth opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills
- Proficient in social media and Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Job Duties
- Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance engagement with students, parents, and administrators
- Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, ensuring transparent and consistent communication with parents, teachers, and students
- Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and social media content
- Establish channels for feedback from students, parents, and administrators to improve communication strategies
- Work closely with Aramark and district teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, web-based platforms, editing, and videography skills
- Manage multiple projects with effective time management and multitasking
