Job Requirements
- Relevant university degree
- Minimum 3 years of marketing or agency experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Highly competent in English
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Good organizational skills
- Able to understand and follow budgeting processes
- Good oral presentation and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and dynamic
- Experience of Adobe Suite and Canva
- Experience in B2B sales environment
- Some experience of digital marketing

Job Duties
- Assist in planning and executing global and EMEA-wide brand and marketing campaigns
- Activate product launches based on the global launch calendar
- Support development, implementation, and tracking of the regional marketing plan
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows
- Oversee event logistics, promotional support, and post-event reporting
- Adapt and develop marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage social media content and calendars ensuring timely approvals
- Support website updates with relevant local content
- Coordinate external communications and PR activities
- Manage campaign workflows and performance tracking in CRM systems
- Assist in competitor research and prepare performance reports
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
- Collaborate with global and EMEA marketing teams
- Manage external agencies and service providers
- Support internal communication and knowledge sharing on marketing activities
