Job Requirements

Applicant must be located in EST or CST time zones
Must be able to attend Wednesday 3:30 PM to 5 PM EST live virtual class
No prior marketing experience required
Must submit resume and cover letter
Must complete talent acquisition interview
Must pass short skills assessment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in marketing and home services industry
Ability to commit to weekly 90-minute live virtual classes
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Participate in live virtual classes and complete independent coursework
Learn to generate, manage, and convert leads for home services and home improvement companies
Utilize digital and offline marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Local Services Ads, social media, and referrals
Apply AI tools to optimize marketing performance and operational efficiency
Manage lead systems, CRM platforms, and marketing technology stacks
Ensure marketing compliance and customer data protection
Track, report, and optimize marketing campaign performance
