Job Description
The Fayetteville Woodpeckers are a professional minor league baseball team based in Fayetteville, North Carolina. They play an integral role in the community by providing entertainment and a chance to engage with America's favorite pastime. As a part of Minor League Baseball’s South Atlantic League, the Woodpeckers focus heavily on fan experience, community involvement, and building a strong brand presence both locally and online. Job Requirements

- Passion for the sports business
- Ability to stand for up to four hours at a time
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work in a high-activity outdoor sports venue
- Flexibility to work part-time and seasonal schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist with the development and posting of engaging content to the Woodpeckers Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tik Tok
- Interact with and respond to fans/users' comments, questions, etc.
- Assist with the creation of collateral
- Assist with event-day marketing including press operations, ticket distribution, analytics and fan engagement
- Maintain content calendar to ensure correct and relevant content
- Attend community events promoting upcoming games with a focus on grassroots marketing
- Assist in the creation of unique, behind-the-scenes content and graphics for use by Woodpeckers' media
- Update image/b-roll library and maintain the organization of it throughout the season
- Assist the Special Events department with day-of-event hospitality when needed
- Support the Events/PR and Sponsorships team in day-to-day tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
