Job Requirements

  • B.S. marketing or design communications preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and support physical event setup
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist with planning, preparing, and executing company events, meetings, conferences, golf tournaments, client events, and community engagements
  • Coordinate event logistics including gathering supplies, materials, branded collateral, signage, and giveaways
  • Support event setup and teardown, including booth/table preparation, display arrangement, and on-site execution
  • Support the Event Coordinator in managing vendor orders for catering, rentals, giveaways, apparel, promotional items, and other event needs
  • Provide on-site presence at events as needed - working registration tables, hosting booths, engaging attendees, and ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Assist with marketing onboarding tasks for new employees, including welcome blast emails, orientation materials, and signature lines
  • Process business card orders and maintain company email signature templates
  • Update and maintain the company org chart in alignment with HR and leadership
  • Maintain organized inventory of marketing collateral, printed materials, and branded supplies
  • Assist with managing quarterly online apparel store coordination (product selection, proof reviews, communication, distribution support)
  • Fulfill apparel requests throughout the year, ensuring sizing, inventory, and approvals are handled properly
  • Support ordering and distributing safety gear (vests, PPE, hard hats, etc.) based on project and staff needs
  • Maintain organized inventory of marketing apparel, swag, and safety items
  • Provide backup coverage for the Marketing Team during events or high-volume periods
  • Follow company brand standards and ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency across deliverables
  • Maintain strong cross-department communication and support collaborative projects as assigned
  • Assist with special initiatives and administrative projects as needed
