Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- some experience or coursework in marketing or property management
- proficiency with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- willingness to assist with event coordination and resident interaction
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
- experience with social media management and content creation
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- familiarity with marketing software and tools
- basic knowledge of real estate or property management preferred
Job Duties
- support the marketing manager in developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- help create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across platforms
- assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, posters, digital ads, and blog posts
- maintain branding and optics guidelines with marketing manager
- assist in planning and executing on-site events such as open houses, move-in days, student mixers
- interact with UC Berkeley students, gather feedback, and help foster a sense of community
- occasionally assist the leasing team with tours, answering inquiries, and providing information to prospective residents
