Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related marketing role
  • familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok
  • understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
  • strong communication skills verbal and written and attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • canva experience
  • constant contact experience
  • comfortable working within a matrixed organization

Job Duties

  • assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
  • monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • track and report on social media performance using analytics tools and platform insights
  • support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
  • maintain the marketing content calendar and asset library
  • conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing projects
  • assist in events, so content can be captured for social media channels
  • build out photography and graphics library, maintaining the existing brand identity
